We will check through the auctions and try match your needs and taste subsequently we will send you the options available in the auction lots to help you make a choice.
You will be expected to pay a commitment of at least USD 1000 to enable us bid on your behalf, upon successful bidding you will be expected to pay the 50% of the price CIF Mombasa.You will give us consignee details (i.e name and address) to enable our partners freight the car to Kenya, further you will be required to give us a letter of accreditation from your employer or mission to enable us pursue and secure an exemption from the customs authorities in time. Please take note it’s important to have this sorted early before the arrival date because in some instances it can take long and result to accumulated demurrages at the port.

Upon the shipment of the car car we will provide you with a copy of Bill of Lading as a proof that the car has been consigned to you and will be able proof check with the shipping line agent in Kenya(details normally given on the Bill of Lading).You can also use the Bill of lading to ascertain the name of the vessel sailing aboard your vehicle and track movement at www.marinetraffic.com to ascertain the actual date of arrival at the port of Mombasa.You will also be expected to pay the 50% balance to enable our partner/exporter in Japan or UK release the original documents i.e Original bill of lading,foreign log book/DVLA, pre export inspection certificate and invoices all required to register the car locally.
Upon arrival of the car at the port you will be required to give us copies of all the necessary documents to enable us process the registration of the car as per the terms and conditions of the exemption granted. We will also invoice you on all related port handling and logistical charges ie warehouse rent, shipping/delivery order fee, agency fee and any miscellaneous hitherto.You will also be expected to provide an insurance cover and fuel to enable our staff deliver the car to your door step.
